As the VP for Strategy Implementation and Business Improvement at the Bahrain Airport Company, Gordon Stewart is primarily responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of strategic plans and business improvements across the organisation

Gordon’s role involves developing the strategy-making capabilities of the company to enable it to develop its own strategy; Management of the methodologies to implement the strategy through; Portfolio, Programme and Project Management. Development of the Company’s Performance and Improvement through KPI’s and introduction of Continuous Improvement and Process Management to the business

Before joining BAC, Gordonowned and managed ‘Pragmatique’ Management Consultancy for six years (2004-2010); and previously held the position of Director for Project and Risk Management at Bombardier from 2001 to 2004.

Gordon counts among his academic accomplishments an MBA degree (with distinction) and a BEng (Hons) degree in Industrial Engineering. Outside of work Gordon is a family man, married with three daughters and enjoys histime with his family. Likes to play golf, vacation in Scotland and Canada and watch Formula1 races.
