As the Bahrain Airport Company’s chief legal adviser and secretary to the Board of Directors, Mahmood is responsible for writing, reviewing, and executing agreements and contracts for and on behalf of BAC, including licenses, leases, and other general business contracts both domestically and internationally.

In his capacity as secretary to the Board of Directors, Mahmood prepares, writes and files all minutes of board meetings and ensures that all directives are monitored and complied with.

He joined BAC in 2011, moving from Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, where he served as legal adviser and corporate secretary since 2008.

Mahmood completed his law studies at the University in England and is qualified Barrister in London. He counts travelling and reading as his hobbies.
