Human Resources & Administration

The Human Recourses and Administration division is responsible for developing and managing the implementation of Human Resources strategy and policies.

HRA ensures that BAC has the necessary resources to fulfil its business plans in the short, medium and longer term. HRA ensures that BAC’s staff remain motivated and rewarded for their contribution toward the success of the company. In addition, HRA encourage and maximize employee potential, whilst ensuring staff feel engaged with the wider BAC Family.
