Bronze meet & assist

Whether you're arriving or departing, marhaba will meet you and guide you through the formalities. marhaba will help with your baggage, and where possible provide hand baggage trolleys.

This service includes:

• Meet and assist, on arrival at the Immigration area or on departure at the marhaba meeting lounge for check-in formalities
• Accompany and guide you through the airport
• Fast track through immigration and security
• Help you with baggage reclaim on arrival

This service is highly recommended for passengers who require a speedy clearance at Departure or Arrivals

Silver meet & assist

The silver offering is available on arrivals or departures. marhaba will meet and escort you through all the formalities and clearances, including swift assistance through immigration. Also provided are complimentary porter services, and any help you need with your baggage. If you need a hand baggage trolley, or wheelchair – just ask.

This service includes:

• Meet and assist on departure at the kerbside or on arrival as you enter the terminal
• Accompany and escort you all the way through the airport formalities
• Clearance through immigration and security
• Complimentary access to the marhaba lounge with our arrival or departure service.
• We'll help you with baggage reclaim on arrival
• Porter service

Gold meet & greet

marhaba premium gold service provides a dedicated private escort on arrivals or departures, who will accompany you through all the airport formalities. Also provided are porter services as well as complimentary access to the marhaba lounge. If you need a hand baggage trolley, or wheelchair – just ask.

This service includes:

• Dedicated one-to-one service
• Meet and assist on departure at the kerbside or on arrival as you enter the terminal
• Accompany and escort you all the way through the airport
• Fast track through immigration and security
• Help with baggage reclaim and security
• Porter service
• Complimentary access to the marhaba lounge on arrival or departure

Family meet & assist

This service is designed especially for families and mothers travelling with young children or infants. marhaba will make the airport experience easy, meeting and escorting you through all the formalities and clearances.

• On arrivals we'll help you with baggage reclaim
• Baby stroller and hand baggage trolley

Definition of Assist and Greet Services for Family:

• Minimum 2 passengers/Maximum 4 passengers from the same family.
• Supplementary charges will apply for any additional members .
