Filming/Photography at BAC

The primary function of Bahrain International Airport is to provide facilities for the safe, secure and efficient movement of passengers, freight and aircraft at the Airport.

No Photography or Filming is allowed with in the Premises of the Airport.

However, BIA works closely with commercial organizations and private sector wishing to use the airport for filming and photography activities.

Important Note:

The Airport Managements team is in no circumstances obligated to agree on any request and has the right to reject any request without any justification.

Dates Could be changed depending on the Airport Operations Requirement’s.

Following documents are required for any submitted request:

• Valid clear ID card or Passport for the Person attending the Filming or the Photography.
• Official letter requesting the Photography and Filming.
• Request must be submitted Minimum of 2 weeks before filming or Photography date.
• Full Detailed Equipment List.
